Study Denmark - (Waves Information Technology).
The Study Denmark CD is designed principally for those contemplating moving to Denmark to study, either on a long or short term basis. All the information is presented in English. The CD does not provide any means to learn Danish. Study Denmark’s 800 photographs with accompanying text provide a good snapshot of the Danish culture and countryside. This information can be accessed either via region in the Touring Denmark section or by theme in the Danish Society And Culture section.
The Living in Denmark section provides a good introduction to the rules and necessary preparations for those thinking of moving to Denmark to work or study and Where and What to Study gives a thorough overview of the types of courses offered by academic institutions throughout Denmark. Finally the Further Reading and Addresses sections point the user in the direction of further information.
Study Denmark is not a language learning program. It does however, provide a good introduction for English speakers to living, studying and working in Denmark.
