2. Jacobus² Van Nieuwenhuyse (Franciscus¹) was born before 21 OCT 1840, the first event for which there is a recorded date. Jacobus died 20 APR 1862 in Overmere.

He married Antonia Van Kerschaever. Antonia was the daughter of Leonardus Van Kerschaever and Coleta Opdorp. Antonia died 13 JUN 1856 in Overmere. Antonia became the mother of Coleta Van Nieuwehuiyse in Overmere, 21 OCT 1840.

Jacobus became the father of Coleta Van Nieuwehuiyse in Overmere, 21 OCT 1840.

Jacobus Van Nieuwenhuyse and Antonia Van Kerschaever had the following family:

3 i. Coleta³ Van Nieuwehuiyse was born in Overmere 21 OCT 1840. Coleta died 2 AUG 1911 in Kalken, at 70 years of age. She married Seraphinus Bonnaerens in Kalken, 3 MAY 1866. Seraphinus was born in Kalken 1 MAR 1843. Seraphinus was the son of Paulus Bonnaerens and Maria-Jacoba Van Rumst. He was christened in Kalken, 1 MAR 1843. At 26 years of age Seraphinus became the father of Marie-Emelie Bonnaerens in Kalken, 27 MAR 1869. (See Seraphinus Bonnaerens for the continuation of this line.)

At 28 years of age Coleta became the mother of Marie-Emelie Bonnaerens in Kalken, 27 MAR 1869.
