Here is a chronological overview of articles in specialized magazines.
KIT International - Militär - Neuheiten - October 1993
German 15cm schwere Feldhaubitze 18.
'Cause the pieces from this kit aren't just made from drawings or literature, but since
the measurements from the
original piece was used, this model is the exact copy in a 1/35 scale.
Military Modeling - April 1994 - Robin Buckland.
The quality of Precision Models kits is superb, cast completely in resin, A gun consists
of approximately 170 parts
each from which you'll gather that they will not be a quick assembly job. With the clear
exploded diagrams is a sheet
of prhotos of a preserved gun.All the parts are packed in polybags, and a complete
list/diagram of all of them is
included so that you can check they are all there.
Military Modeling - November 1994 - Robin Buckland.
Moving up to 1:35 scale and Precision Models from Belgium, whose utterly delightful
German artillery pieces I reviewed
a few months ago, have a new release in the form of a Leichte Portalkran. This is a
portable crane gantry which would
have been used by workshop. All castings are in polyurethane resin and they rank among the
best quality castings you
will find anywhere. A clear set of assembly instructions is included in the kit, which is
well packed and presented.
Military Modeling - December 1994. - Robin Buckland.
Another superb release from precision Models is a conversion set to turn the Tamiya
PzKpfw III into the Bergepanzer III.
It comes in what seems to be a tiny box, but it is well-packed with beautifully made parts
to enable you to complete this
conversion. The instructions are good and clear and the main parts are in resin and are
among the finest quality you will
find anywhere.
Military Modeling - April 1995. - Robin Buckland.
Just about everything u want is included in the latest 1:35 scale release from
Precision Models, the German Pak 43/41
anti-tank gun on its heavy wheeled carriage, is nothing sort of superb. Everything in
here, presentation and instructions
score 10 out of 10. If the number of parts is to be taken in consideration, and some of
them are rather small, then this has
to be considered a complex kit.You get an awful lot of model for your money.
Military Modeling - May 1995.
Precision Models have added a seventh model to their range, the Pak 43/41, a large
anti-tank gun.The length of the barrel
alone makes this into an impressive model in this scale and what you get is what I can
best describe as a
collectors' edition. The overall quality of the production and presentation of the kit is
superb, just as the earlier releases from
Precision Models have been .The resin castings are as good as you will get anywhere, the
delicacy of the detail being delightful
and an impression you get as soon as you open the box and start looking at the parts.
I don't believe you'll be disappointed with this one.
Military Modeling - August 1995. - Robin Buckland.
I reviewed Precision Models exquisite Pak 43/41 a couple of months ago and the Belgium
based company has now
released a set of ammunition to go with it.With separate cartridge cases and projectiles,
assembling 3 different types of
round is possible.Precision Models range of artillery models have become quickly
established amongst the best
resin models available.
KIT International - Militär - Neuheiten - Mai 1996

17 Cm Kanone 18 in Mörserlafette, 1:35
'A wish came true for all artillery fans.Precision Models starts producing this piece with
resin parts
that are very convincing.'
Journal of Military Ordnance - March 1997 - Vol 7 , Number 2 - James Welch

James Welch wrote a huge article about our
BergPanzerII conversion kit. 'This conversion kit consists of a new "boxed" body, thelarge wooden beam,a lifting crane, complete with photo etched detail, etc. This is not a kit for the complete beginner,as certain materials and techniques require a little previous experience. |

KIT International - Militär - Neuheiten - September 1997
Kit announces new items from Precision Models : 21 cm Mörser 18
"Brummbar",Munition for the 21 cm and
the "Offene Ringbettung". To put it in few words - uperb Quality.
KIT International - Militär - Neuheiten - November 1997
News about 3 new items from Precision Models : Erdanker,German crew and Munition from
the 17 and 21
cm Kanone
Military Modeling - June 1998. - Robin Buckland.
Precision models have released the 21cm kanone 38.I wont go into detail here, but
suffice it to say that having heard
nothing from them for a year or so, they are back with a bang. These are quiet simply
among the best resin kits you will find
anywhere. Complex for the number of parts, but the quality of the castings, the detailed
instruction sheets, and the level of
detail put these into museum quality exhibits straight from the box.
Model & Collectors Mart - May 2001
Tony Little wrote an item about one of our figures.
