Sorry I have to disappoint you but I'm not a S/390 guru and won't provide any technical advice here.
So, the best thing you could do is : ask your question in the most appropriate mailing list
It could happen that the mailing list you're looking for is not referenced on the mailing lists page. In such case, I suggest that you go to some search engine like Google.com and search for "mailing list" and some other keyword. Also, you may search sites like tile.net.
